BodyWise Tips For Wellbeing

Do you ever wonder where anxiety comes from and why you can't get rid of it?

It's inside you, stuck as stories and bio-imbalances in your nervous system like a fire alarm constantly going off with no fire.

So even if nothing bad is happening (like in the middle of the night) you still feel anxious and your brain then makes stuff up to worry about (like taking out the trash).

You stop this cycle by calming the body and clearing the mind or getting intentional with thought and tuning into the heart.

Your body is begging to let go of having to be on constant alert. That's why it is always talking to you = anxious sensations. So hop on the body anxiety release train.

Let's quiet the alarm and let go of the anxiety and stretch and relax and energize the body.

Join me for class this Saturday in Pleasant Hill (click here) OR online starting the last Monday of October in my Mindful Movement & Meditation class. (Untangle & Unwind)

Until Class - Holisitic RX- go move your body. Take a yoga class, meditate, do a body scan, DANCE, go for a walk in nature. Somatically lean into your emotions. Get curious and give yourself some time to really feel into your body. Ask your body if it wants to let go of some anxiety and stress!
