It's time for a little wiggle, untangling and meditation. Join me for a morning of movement. This is like a combo Connect with your Wiggle & Untangle and Unwind I will lead you through some beautiful, yoga breath and flow movements that will transition into floor work to calm the old nervous system and we will end with a healing and aligning guided meditation.
Let go of the stress and the mess and the worry and join me for some inner peace, inner space and abundance! Your body, mind and spirit will thank you. I will to, because it is more fun to move and align with friends. : )
